Seller Responsibilities

- The seller guarantees (unless declared) all items subject to arbitration on all cars sold for $1,005 or more.
- The selling dealer is responsible that the year of manufacture and mileage is correctly displayed and represented.
- Seller warrants that he will provide a valid title, free of all liens.
- It is the obligation of the seller to make sure all announcements appear on the block invoice prior to being signed by the buyer and that the auctioneer used the proper light(s) at time of sale.
- When the seller signs the block invoice he is acknowledging that all data on the block invoice is correct.
- Seller is responsible for repurchasing vehicles that have not been properly represented, including all auction fees.
- Seller must turn in the title as soon as the vehicle is paid for.
- It is the seller's responsibility to make sure that vehicles brought here for sale have an adequate supply of fuel. Vehicles that are determined to be out of fuel will be automatically provided with enough fuel to run through the auction, and the seller of the vehicle will be charged a service fee.
