Reconditioning
On site vehicle reconditioning is available with three different levels of service:

1. Vehicle wash only,
2. Wash, windows and vacuum,
3. Vehicle detail includes the services provided with a wash, windows and vacuum, plus machine buff and hand waxing.

Mechanical
The auction contains a mechanical bay complete with diagnostic and repair equipment. Primarily designed to enhance vehicle sale-ability, we specialize in light mechanical diagnostics and repair as a convenience to consignors only. Services are billed on an hourly basis.

Vehicle Transportation
Vehicle pick-up, tow and delivery services are available for buyers and sellers at very reasonable rates.

Auction Representation
As a convenience for consignors not able to attend the auction, we provide on-the-block representation. Consignors have the option of establishing a "floor" over which the vehicle can be sold on the block, or the vehicle could be sold with an "IF", in which case a decision to sell is made by the consignor upon notification from the auction of the highest bid received.

Floor Plan
Rochester's Central Auto Auction cooperates with several floor plan sources such as Automotive Finance Corporation (AFC), Auto-Use, etc. Dealers must be pre-approved directly with the floor plan source prior to the use of the floor plan.

Donated Vehicles
The auction accepts vehicles on consignment from 501(C)(3) non profit charities and from entities wishing to sell vehicles with the proceeds going to qualified charities
